The Preexistence of the Son
The only begotten Son existed with God the Father in the beginning of creation. He existed therein as con-substantial [i.e. of same nature] with God the Father ( John 1:1-3, Colossians 1:15).The New Testament writers vary on their teaching themes concerning the explication of the revelation of the divinity of Jesus.
The Apostle John proposes the Logos Christology which stems from the words of Jesus himself ( John 3:16,18,10:30), while Matthew and Luke did propose Wisdom Christology which also stems from the words of Jesus ( Matthew 8:20, 11:16-19,29-30, 12:42, Luke 7:31-32, 9:58, 11:31). Paul too did maintain the earliest two expressions of Christology which is centered on the Logos theology and Wisdom theology ( Colossians 1:15-7, Hebrews 1:3).Both of these goes hand-in-hand with the Son of God Christology which is also based on Jesus' own words ( John 10:36, 17:1-5).
The only begotten Son from the Father was sent from heaven to earth in order to become the firstborn son of the Virgin ( John 1:14, Matthew 1:23, Galatians 4:4).
The only begotten Son existed in the bosom of God the Father prior to His conception in Mary's womb ( John 1:18, 6:62).

The Incarnation of the Son
The Incarnation of Jesus
The English word "Incarnation" came from the Latin phrase " in carne" which is found in all Latin MSS of 1 John 4:3 and 2 John 7.
According to 2 John 7, the deceivers and Antichrists are those who deny the Incarnation i.e. that Jesus Christ has come in the human body ( "Jesus Christ is come in the flesh", KJV).
The Son did not transform into a human being.John 1:14 is only saying that the Word "came into existence"(EGENETO) "in a human body"(SARKI).There is no transformation but only coming in the flesh.
It is styled as a "coming" because the Son was "sent" from the bosom of the Father into the womb of Mary (John 1:18, Luke 11:27)
Based on Galatians 4:4 and Matthew 1:21,25, the Son sent into Mary was named JESUS.
The Hypostatic Union of Jesus
Jesus is one rational being ( person) with dual nature: divine and human. These two nature of Jesus exists in union without mixture. Both natures retain their original properties. In other words, Jesus is not a demi-god, a half-god and half-human hybrid but rather, Jesus is completely and genuinely God and at the same time, completely and genuinely human.
The Divine Nature of Jesus
The divine nature of Jesus has no beginning of existence. His nature is the very nature of God the Father himself( John 1:1,14,18,3:16,10:28-30, 17:6,11;Matthew 28:19,Philippians 2:6-7,Colossians 2:9).
Jesus is God in identity and nature
John 1:1 The Word was God [ by nature] with God [the Father] in the beginning.
Colossians 2:9 In Him dwells all the fullness of deity[ Greek: THEOTETOS, i.e. identity of God and nature of God] bodily.
The Human Nature of Jesus
The human nature of Jesus did have a "beginning of existence" in the womb of the Virgin named "Mary" ( Matthew 1:1, 'genesis';Matthew 1:20-23,Luke 1:35).
Jesus is Human in identity and nature
1 Timothy 2:5 The Human Jesus is the mediator between God [the Father] and Humans.
The Human mind of Jesus

And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly; and his sweat became like great drops of blood falling down to the ground. Luke 22:44 (ESV)
The Kenosis of Jesus
The Hymn to Christ in the Philippian text shows that nothing has changed in the divine nature of Jesus. The texts show that Jesus still exists in God's form in the days of His flesh. The participles "having taken" and "having become" on the context reveal this truth.
Philippians 2:6-7 (Common English Bible)
Though he was in the form of God, he did not consider being equal with God something to exploit. But he emptied himself by taking the form of a slave and by becoming like human beings. When he found himself in the form of a human.
